Picked up was it on a scan?

We found out after a bleed at 16 weeks from a scan that there was fluid on Gem's brain.. and then we had the blood tests your usually offered at 12ish weeks to check for things like downs. This confirmed Gem had a neour tube defeat.. we then went on to have an amnio to find out exactly what was up.
I never had any problems in my previous pregnacies like this. x
